Account price. Each plan is one price for your account and covers up to the number of companies shown. The per-company figure is only for comparison; you are not charged per company.
Billing. Plans are billed per month. The free trial is once per account and needs no card.
Moving to a smaller plan. Nothing is deleted. The companies you added first stay live up to the new limit; the rest are paused (shown as “Paused · over plan limit”) until you upgrade again.
